ETL Services: A Comprehensive Self-Service App for ETL Customers
ETL Services is a self-service application developed by ETL Company Limited for its customers. The app supports four languages, including Lao, English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. With this app, customers can perform basic queries such as balance, debt, bonus score, and data package. Additionally, they can top-up their accounts using scratch cards for both prepaid and postpaid services, transfer prepaid balance, purchase data packages, and even buy ETL WiFi Hotspot user subscriptions. Customers can also register for value-added services, receive postpaid bills via email, and check ASDL debt. For dealer agents, the app provides details of their subscribers. And if that's not enough, customers can also play the wheel spinner game, and check International Roaming calls rate and Long-distance calls rate.
